About Meditation
So you want to meditate? You might already be meditating now in your yoga class, in a church service, walking in nature, or by being mindful.
I was lucky to find Tom Jacobs in 1999 when he was holding a Doorway to Silence workshop. He taught me how to meditate by sitting quietly and listen to the stillness between thoughts.
I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years. In that time, I have been able to find a deep state of bliss, changing my life for the better and for those around me.
